Booking Information
If you are ready to book your event, we are eager to assist you. Once we receive the requested information, our team will promptly staff your event, process an invoice, and kindly request a retainer of 20% to be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. This will secure the entertainers for your chosen date and times.
Events that are 2 or more hours receive a discounted rate. We reserve holidays, fall dates, and weekends in October/December to a two-hour minimum with a holiday rate structure.

For larger events, such as festivals, trade shows, and conventions requiring longer hours, we offer a multi-day event discount. We are an excellent addition to any activation. Please inquire if your event meets these criteria.
If your event is located outside of the KC Metro Area, we apply a travel fee of $50.00 per hour round trip drive time. The client will be responsible for any flight costs and overnight accommodations. If you have any questions regarding travel expenses, please don't hesitate to ask.
Please note that Face Painting, Balloon Art, Henna, Tattoos, and Caricature designs generally take between 3-6 minutes each. This allows our entertainers to service 12-16 guests comfortably within an hour. When considering the duration of your booking, please take into account the age and maturity of the guests. Our goal is to make each guest feel special and prioritize the overall experience along with the artistic results.
For larger events, Face Painting offers a Fast Faces technique, which enables us to work more efficiently. Fast Faces designs are quicker and simpler, yet they still deliver custom artistry and stunning results. With this technique, we can paint approximately 20-25 faces per hour. Fast Faces incurs an additional charge of $25 per hour for multi-hour performances due to the added rigor on our artists and supplies. We only offer Fast Faces for events lasting two or more hours and request the assistance of a dedicated volunteer to expedite the process.
